Pendant and ribbon cupcake toppers are a great option also. Who would have thought to use Washi Tape to make cupcake picks (#17)!? And can we talk about how cute the cupcake liner is in #14?!

Of course there are always MORE paper cupcake topper options… The USA topper (#11) and blue and white bunting topper (#10) are so sweet I had to include them (even though they’re technically a cake pop topper and cake topper) — they could certainly be used on cupcakes!
